At Unfold Panda, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. To make your shopping experience stress-free, we offer a clear and fair return & exchange policy.

Return & Exchange Window
- Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Any request raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- The return/exchange request date will be considered based on the delivery confirmation.
Products Eligible for Return & Exchange
Products are eligible for return or exchange only if:
- The product is unused and unwashed
- The product is in its original condition
- All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact
- Products that show signs of use, washing, damage, stains, or missing tags may not be accepted.
If you receive :
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- A wrong product (size, colour, or style different from what you ordered)
We will provide a free return or exchange, with no shipping charges.
Important:
- You must raise the request within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Please share clear photos or videos of the issue while raising the request.
- Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Returns Without Any Issue (Customer-Initiated Returns)
If you wish to return the product without any defect or mistake from our side (for example: size issue, fit issue, change of mind):
- A return shipping charge of approx. ₹100 will be applicable.
- This amount will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed, subject to product availability.
- If the requested size or product is unavailable, you may choose:

Refund Processing
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be provided via store credit or bank transfer (as applicable)
Important Notes
- Returned products must pass a quality check.
- Products returned in used, washed, or damaged condition will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
- Unfold Panda reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet policy conditions
