1. What products does Unfold Panda sell?
We currently sell:
T-shirts
Denim Jeans
Cargo Pants
All products are designed keeping comfort, fit, and streetwear style in mind.

 

2. How do I place an order?
Simply:
Select your product, size, and colour
Click Add to Cart
Proceed to Checkout
Enter your shipping details and complete payment
You will receive an order confirmation once the order is placed.

 

3. What payment methods are available?
We accept:
UPI
Credit / Debit Cards
Net Banking
Cash on Delivery (COD) (if available for your location)

 

4. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days.
Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier partner.

 

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email
You can use this link to track your order in real time.

 

6. What is your return & exchange policy?
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

7. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
Raise a request within 24–48 hours of delivery
Share clear photos or videos of the issue
We will arrange a free return or exchange

 

8. Is there any charge for returns?
If the return is due to a defect or wrong product, there is no charge.
If the return is without any issue, a shipping fee of approx ₹100 will be deducted from the refund.

 

9. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

 

10. What if my preferred size is out of stock?
If your size is unavailable:
You can choose another product
Or wait for restock updates (follow us on social media)

 

11. Do product colours look exactly the same in real life?
Product colors may slightly vary due to:
Lighting conditions
Screen resolution
Photography effects
This is normal and not considered a defect.

 

12. Do you ship all over India?
Yes, we currently ship across India.

 

14. Is my payment information safe?
Yes.
All payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. We do not store your card or UPI details.
